The following amenities are included in the lot lease rate: Garbage & Recycling, Common Area Maintenance, Sewer, High Speed Internet. Residents are responsible for electricity and water - each which is individually metered for each lot.

Lot Leases

The average lot size at Poplar Creek is 20ft x 40ft - not including room for 2 parking spaces. Our leases typically run one year or longer. If you are interested in placing yourself on our waiting list as lots become available, please contact us. All homes in our community must be built by an accredited builder and DIY homes must have appropriate certification and meet insurance requirements.

Community

Our community residents will enjoy two streams that runs through the property, walking trails, a fire pit and communal pavilion and dog run. Residents will also have access to a community garden, which is available first come, first serve. Onsite storage is available for an additional cost.
